The exquisite and varied quality of our salami production lets you choose from a very wide range of proposals, all standing out for their refined taste. In our shop, we process meat with the expert and artisan care that has distinguished us for generations. It is first ground to the appropriate coarseness and then enriched with salt, spices, wine, and sometimes truffle, flavoring the products in a different and balanced way to ensure that we offer very high organoleptic traits. The processed meats, after being stuffed and shaped into the final product, are subjected to an appropriate and personalized period of aging inside our cellars, which, besides enhancing the flavor, also gives the smoothness that characterizes the salami when it is cut and tasted.
