Ihre Erscheinungsform ist l\u00e4nglich bei einer Farbbalance zwischen den mageren und fetten Teilen, die erhalten wird vom ausgeglichenen Wolfen bei mittlerer K\u00f6rnung. So wird die K\u00f6stlichkeit, die sich dann am Gaumen beweist, schon visuell angek\u00fcndigt.<\/p>\n<p>Sie wird in unserer Wurstk\u00fcche getreu und genau nach einem alten Rezept aus der Gegend von Chiaravalle hergestellt und setzt ihren Geschmack am besten in schr\u00e4gen, im Winkel von 45 Grad geschnittenen Scheiben frei.<\/p>\n<p>Nach dem Wolfen wird die Wurstmasse in nat\u00fcrliche D\u00e4rme gef\u00fcllt, die mit einer Schnur verschlossen und mit einem Siegel mit dem Datum versehen werden.
