Die exquisite Schinkensalami \u201ela Mand\u00f2la\u201c wurde aus der Kreativit\u00e4t von Carlo Peveri geboren und ihr stimmungsvoller Name wurde genau in Bezug auf die besondere Form gew\u00e4hlt, mit der sie sich dem Auge pr\u00e4sentiert.
\nEs wird aus dem mageren, immer sehr frischen Teil des Schinkens italienischer Schweine gewonnen, der fein gemahlen und dann mit einer Mischung aus nat\u00fcrlichen Aromen, Meersalz, schwarzem Pfeffer, ganzen Gew\u00fcrzen, gefiltertem Knoblauch und Gutturnio, DOC-Wein der Colli Piacentini, die der Mischung ihren ganzen Wert verleiht.<\/p>\n

Nach der Aromatisierungsphase wird das Fleisch in einem speziellen Baumwollbeutel mit typischer Form verteilt, getrocknet und anschlie\u00dfend im nat\u00fcrlichen Mikroklima der Keller unserer Salamifabrik f\u00fcr relativ kurze Zeit gereift, bis es sich schlie\u00dflich in die exquisiten verwandelt und sch\u00e4tzte „Mand\u00f2la“.<\/p>\n

Der Geschmack dieser Salami wird dem Gaumen mit zarten und s\u00fc\u00dfen Ankl\u00e4ngen geboten, die in all ihren Nuancen hervorgehoben werden, wenn sie frisch geschnitten, wenn sie sehr weich ist, probiert wird.<\/p>\n

Aufgrund seiner organoleptischen Eigenschaften wird empfohlen, ihn mit der ebenso delikaten Delikatesse des besten Wei\u00dfbrots zu begleiten, aber er ist auch in besonderen Kombinationen, wie der mit Fr\u00fcchten, exquisit und passt nat\u00fcrlich gut zu einem ausgezeichneten Wein mit jung und gut ausbalanciert.<\/p>\n
